#I Decide What Happens to My Body campaign

To mark the International Day of Safe Abortion,  IPPF launches the Vision 2020 report; Her in Charge: medical abortion and women’s lives – a call for action

The report is launched in conjunction with IPPF’s annual #I Decide What Happens to My Body campaign , an animation on medical abortion https://www.ippf.org/idecide/ and a Medical Abortion Commodities Database (www.MedAb.org) with information onquality misoprostol, mifepristone and co-packaged mifepristone and misoprostol (combipacks) that are registered and available at the country level.

Her in charge: medical abortion and women’s lives calls on Governments to urgently and significantly scale-up medical abortion services embedded in health systems, including self-administered medical abortion, as a core part of sexual and reproductive health and rights and the realisation of women’s rights.
